What we are
Freelancers India is a venue that helps clients and freelancers find each other, communicate and track agreed work. We are not a party to contracts between users and we do not employ freelancers.
No payments yet
We do not process, hold or guarantee payments. Clients and freelancers settle payment directly and are responsible for their own taxes and compliance.
Your content
You must only publish work you have the right to show, and proposals you wrote yourself. You keep ownership of your content and give us permission to display it on the platform.
Prohibited
Fake profiles or reviews, spam, harassment, scams (including 'registration fees'), illegal work, and attempts to break the site's security. We may hide content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Reviews
Reviews may only be left by the parties to a completed contract and must be honest.
Liability
The service is provided as-is during launch. Our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law (final wording pending legal review).
