Users retain ownership of their intellectual property rights. By posting content on the platform, users grant Freelancers India a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the content for promotional purposes.
6.Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between users, Freelancers India may provide dispute resolution services to help facilitate a resolution. Users agree to cooperate with any dispute resolution process initiated by Freelancers India.
7.Modification of Terms
Freelancers India reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
8. Termination
Freelancers India reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
