Draft status
This notice is a working draft that will be reviewed by qualified counsel against India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025, and the UK/EU GDPR where applicable.
What we collect
Account data (name, email, role, hashed password); profile and portfolio content you publish; company profile; jobs, proposals, messages, contracts, milestones and reviews you create; waitlist entries; basic technical logs (IP address for rate limiting and security).
Why
To run the marketplace (matching, messaging, contract tracking), keep it safe (fraud prevention, moderation of reports), and contact you about your account.
What is public
Freelancer profiles, portfolios and reviews, and open jobs (with the company name and country you provide). Messages, proposals and contracts are visible only to the parties involved and to our admins for moderation.
Cookies
One essential, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can edit your profile at any time and delete your account and its data from Settings. For access or correction requests, contact +91 89470 74747 (phone/WhatsApp).
Retention
Data is kept while your account is active and deleted when you delete your account, except where we must keep records for legal reasons.
Payments
We do not process payments and do not collect card or bank details.
