We are a reputable real estate company, dedicated to helping individuals and families find their dream homes and investment properties. As part of our efforts to increase our online visibility and generate qualified leads, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Google Ads specialist to manage and optimize our Google Ads campaigns.
Project Scope:
As a Google Ads specialist for Suncity Real Estate, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic to our website, increase brand awareness, and generate high-quality leads for our real estate services. The key components of the project include:
- Campaign Setup: Set up Google Ads campaigns, including search ads, display ads, and remarketing campaigns, to target relevant keywords, demographics, and geographic locations based on our target audience and market.
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases related to real estate, property types, locations, and specific services to target in our ad campaigns.
- Ad Creation: Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets, including headlines, descriptions, and images, that resonate with our target audience and compel them to click through to our website.
- Ad Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance, including adjusting bids, refining targeting criteria, and testing ad variations to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Conversion Tracking: Implement conversion tracking and goal tracking to measure the effectiveness of our ad campaigns in driving website conversions, such as form submissions, phone calls, and property inquiries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, keyword research, ad creation, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with our team to understand our goals, target audience, and key selling points.
- Google Ads certification or relevant qualifications preferred.
